1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KeydIn, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. KeydIn may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2Use of the Platform
2.1 Eligibility
You must be a licensed real estate agent or authorised staff of a real estate agency to use KeydIn.
2.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2.3 Proper Use
You agree to use KeydIn only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to access unauthorised data
- Interfere with other users’ accounts
- Misuse AI-generated content in ways that violate laws or third-party rights
3AI Features & Disclaimers
KeydIn uses artificial intelligence to provide:
- Lead parsing from emails
- Lead scoring and prioritisation
- Draft messaging and suggested actions
- AI-assisted social media content generation
Disclaimers
- AI outputs are suggestions only; KeydIn does not guarantee accuracy, success, or results.
- You remain solely responsible for decisions based on AI-generated content.
- KeydIn is not liable for any errors, omissions, or misinterpretations in AI outputs.
4Email Parsing & Data Handling
4.1 Email Integration
KeydIn may access your connected email account(s) to automatically parse buyer enquiries.
4.2 Data Use
Only parsed data required for leads, conversations, and AI suggestions is stored. Emails are not stored in full.
4.3 Consent
By connecting your email account, you consent to automated reading and processing of emails for KeydIn features.
4.4 Security
Access tokens and sensitive data are encrypted and stored securely.
6Intellectual Property
- KeydIn owns all intellectual property rights in the Platform and its AI systems.
- You retain rights to your agency data and content you input or generate.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer KeydIn software or AI models.
7Limitation of Liability
KeydIn is provided “as-is” and “as-available.”
Under no circumstances shall KeydIn, its founders, or affiliates be liable for:
- Loss of leads or business opportunities
- Financial or reputational loss
- Decisions made based on AI outputs
Maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid KeydIn, if any, in the last 12 months.
8Termination & Suspension
- KeydIn may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or illegal activity.
- You may terminate your account at any time via Settings.
9Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
10Privacy & Data Policy
See the KeydIn Privacy Policy for details on how personal data, email content, AI outputs, and cookies are handled.
By using KeydIn, you consent to collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11Updates & Notifications
- KeydIn may update features, AI models, or integrations at any time.
- Agents are responsible for reviewing any changes to Terms or Privacy Policy.
